
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It's based on the belief that a "universal life force energy" flows through all living things. Practitioners use their hands to channel this energy through light touch or by hovering their hands above the body to promote healing and balance.
As a certified practitioner, I channel this energy to you. The energy gives you positive vibes and removes negative vibes from your body, which I call swooshing away.

As I swoosh away the negative vibes or inflammation in the body, the healing can take place.
