            Interpretations

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “Us,” “We,” or “our” in this Agreement) refers to Katlyn Hanover, LLC, Katlyn Hanover—Healthy Lifestyle Coach, P.O. Box 141, Edgerton, WI 53534.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated using the service or from the Service infrastructure (for example, the duration of a page visit).

What type of Information do we collect?

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login, e-mail address, password, computer and connection information, and purchase history. How do we collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used only for the specific reasons stated above.

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services.

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.

How do we store, use, share, and disclose our site visitors’ personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides us with an online platform for selling our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure our store and its service providers' secure handling of credit card information.

 

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, or postal mail.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

If your website tracks personal information through the use of cookies, for example, you must make this clear to your site visitors. Be clear about what tracking tools (e.g., cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, etc.) your website employs, what personal information they gather, and why they are being used.

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies, or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, the Wix Privacy policy does not cover such practices.

Purpose: Tracking session error and issues (resilience)

Duration: 12 months

8. Cookie Name: _wixAB3|*

Purpose: Cookie for site experiments

Duration: 6 months

9. Cookie Name: server-session-bind

Purpose: Cookie for API protection

Duration: Session

10. Cookie Name: client-session-bind

Purpose: Cookie for API protection

Duration: Session

Our company uses Wix Bookings, third-party apps, or third-party integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads), which may place additional cookies on our company’s site.

 

How can site visitors withdraw their consent?

Retention of Your Personal Data:

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to strengthen the security or improve our service’s functionality or when we are legally obligated to retain it for longer periods.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please get in touch with us. Suppose we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent. In that case, we remove that information from our servers.

If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires permission from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Suppose we make material changes to this policy. In that case, we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. The latest update dates will be at the top of this policy.
